Enhancing the Employee Profile Layout

Description: We’ve made small improvements to the Certifications tab on the employee profile to enhance usability and streamline navigation. Changes made: You can now expand or collapse individual certifications by clicking the arrow to the right of each one. This lets you view up to 8 collapsed certifications at once. Admins and Owners can now send certification reminders directly from the employee profile by clicking the ellipsis button next to a certification and then selecting Remind, instead of using the Certifications report.

Release Schedule: 8 July 2025 for new organisations created after 13 May 2025. This will be rolled out publicly to all other existing organisations in August.

Global Benefits - Perks - EWA

Add Benefits Management to Reports Feature + Add CSV Export Functionality

Currently, employers can only go to each benefit to see the list of assigned employees and data. What’s missing:

• Lacking a view to see all records of benefits and assigned employees and data
• Lack of CSV export feature

Why orgs need it: According to feedback by cx team, some orgs use it to put in information into payroll.

Solution: We have been manually generating reports for orgs. Now, we have built our own benefits management reports in the reports feature. Display all records of all benefits that the employer has. Cater for the CSV export feature.

Emails for Benefits Management - Toggle Button & Set Up Mode
Description: We previously released email notifications to employees for Benefits Management.

Issue: Orgs in set-up mode were reporting that emails were being sent out + many orgs requested an option to notify via email. We have now updated the email logic checks. Employees will only receive an email if:

• Set up mode: Off
• Benefit status: Enabled
• Notify via email: On

Enhanced Google SAML Single Sign On Experience

Description: Say Goodbye to Double Clicks! Google SAML SSO Just Got Even Better! Remember those extra clicks you sometimes had to make to select your Google account after being redirected? Well, consider them a thing of the past! We've transformed what was once a two-step process into a seamless, single-click experience. You no longer have to go through those additional account chooser steps when logging into your personal EH HR account on the web!

One-step sign-in experience to the EH HR platform for Google SAML SSO users, provided your Google account is already signed in on the device and previously authenticated with Google. Users will still be prompted for Google SSO authentication if their Google account is not already signed in.

Editable CV and Cover Letter Generation V1

Objective: Allow job seekers to edit and personalise their AI-generated CV and cover letter with an improved editing experience in the webform and ATS Jobs flows.

Description: Redesigned the UI with an updated loading animation for CV & cover letter generation. Improved copy to provide clearer guidance during the profile review and application submission process. Job seekers can now edit and personalise their AI-generated CVs and cover letters for greater accuracy and relevance. CVs are dynamically updated based on changes made to the user’s global profile via profile preview.
