You can now choose to automatically provision Go1 learner accounts for contractors managed in Employment Hero. This enhancement helps ensure your contractors have the same seamless learning experience as your employees, if and when you choose to enable it.

Here are the steps to enable Learning for Contractors:

1. Click the Settings menu.
2. In Security & Access Control, click Menu Customisation.
3. Under Coaching, locate Learning.
4. Tick the Independent Contractors checkbox under Learning.
5. Once enabled, Employment Hero will automatically create learner accounts for all active contractors in your organisation.

Your contractors will then be able to log in to Go1 and complete learning content just like your employees.

Important Notes

• Disabled by default: Learning for contractors is off by default to help your organisation manage compliance responsibly.
• Custom control: You have full control over whether contractors can access learning. This flexibility helps you meet your organisation’s specific compliance, safety, or workforce management needs.
