Overview: We’ve added clear approval level labels to Employee File Change approval history, making multi-level approval workflows easier to understand at a glance.

What’s New? Approval Level Labels: Approval histories now show labels like “Approval Level 1”, “Approval Level 2”, and more, helping users quickly:

• See where a request is in the approval process
• Understand approver groupings by level
• Identify sequential vs. parallel approval flows

• Improves transparency in complex approvals
• Reduces confusion for approvers and HR admins
• Saves time troubleshooting approval issues

Compliance Workflows – Induction Content

Overview: We’ve added induction content workflows, enabling HR teams to automatically share, track, and follow up on required induction content without manual effort.

What’s New?

• New Triggers: Workflows can now start when:
  • Induction content is shared
  • Induction content is acknowledged
• New Conditions: You can now filter workflows using:
  • Induction content name
  • Induction content is required (mandatory or not)
• New Action: Share induction content: A new global action (available to all WF modules) lets workflows automatically assign induction content to static or dynamic recipients.

Email Notifications: Tasks

Objective: Give HR Admins greater transparency and control over Employment Hero’s email notifications

Description: 7 task email notifications are now combined into a single daily task summary email, making it easy to scan and stay on top of updates.

• Shows overdue/upcoming tasks, new assignments or collaborator updates, and completed tasks.
• Sections appear only when relevant, with a “plus more” link for extra updates.
• Admins can preview, manage, and toggle this email in Organisation Emails.
