Where to find HeroAI Insights
- The HeroAI Panel: Your primary hub for viewing and interacting with your personalised insight cards.
- The Home Dashboard: High-priority alerts and summaries are surfaced right here in your Daily Digest/Summary widget so you can start your day with a clear picture.
- Contextual Feature Pages: Relevant insights will automatically appear as you navigate through different modules in the platform, giving you helpful context on the go.
- Settings Menu: Admins can find a global toggle in Company Settings to enable or disable Insights for the whole organisation.
How HeroAI Insights works

Troubleshooting
- Global Off Switch: If no one in the company can see insights, the Company Admin should check that the feature is enabled in the global Company Settings.
- Access & Permissions: Managers will only see insights for employees where they are listed as the Primary Manager. Insights are also restricted by existing platform permissions. This means you cannot see data that you are not authorised to access.
- Submission Status: Insights are generated only from submitted requests.
