AI
Recruiters can now view a more detailed candidate summary in Find Talent candidate profiles, including role-specific hiring criteria, criterion-level match indicators, AI highlights, and an overall score. Jobs site login sessions are now blocked from accessing sensitive HR data such as payroll and personal records. Leave information and request actions are now available in a dedicated employee profile section, making it easier to view balances, history, and requests in one place. Staff Directory and Org Chart in EH Work now include refreshed profile cards and quick long-press actions for contacting or recognising colleagues.
