In Employment Hero Work, you can control which marketing emails, push notifications and in-app messages that you receive. Follow the instructions below to opt out of marketing messages from Employment Hero Work depending on your permission level in your account.

Managers and employees opt out of marketing
How do I opt out of marketing messages from Employment Hero Work?
- Log into the Employment Hero Work app.
- In the top right-hand side corner of the screen, tap on your profile photo or initials.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Notification Settings.
- Tap on Marketing Preferences Settings.
- Here you have the option to customise your marketing preferences. Choose which section/s of Employment Hero Work for which you would like to receive notifications, or select subscribe to all, or unsubscribe from all.
- Tap on Save Changes.
- Once complete, you will see an Updated successfully banner at the top of the screen.
Admins opt out of marketing
How does an admin opt out of marketing notifications from Employment Hero Work and Employment Hero?
- Log into the Employment Hero Work app.
- In the top right-hand side corner of the screen, tap on your profile photo or initials.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Notification Settings.
- Tap on Marketing Preferences Settings.
- Here you have the option to customise your marketing preferences for both Employment Hero Work and Employment Hero.
- Choose which section/s of Employment Hero Work and Employment Hero for which you would like to receive notifications, or select subscribe to all, or unsubscribe from all.
- Tap on Save Changes.
