The HR Documents Reporting feature allows you to create a report that you can use to analyse the stage the HR documents are at within your organisation and see who needs reminding to sign a document. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.
Helpful Hint
Contractors are included in this report, and you can sort them via the Personnel Type filter.
Getting started
Daily activities
Remind an employee to sign a document
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Compliance tab.
- Click the View full report button for HR Documents Report.
- Chose from the following filters:
- Personnel.
- Document.
- Status.
- Recipient Signed At.
- More: Employment Status, Personnel Type, Location, Group, Entity.
- Click the Remind button for the employee you need to remind.
Remind multiple or all employees to sign a document
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Compliance tab.
- Click the View full report button for HR Documents Report.
- Chose from the following filters:
- Personnel.
- Document.
- Status.
- Recipient Signed At.
- More: Employment Status, Personnel Type, Location, Group, Entity.
- You can either:
- Remind multiple employees: Tick the checkbox beside the name of the employees you need, then click the Remind selected personnel button. Or;
- Remind all employees: Click the Remind all personnel button.
