The Detailed Activity Report feature lets you run a report on your business activities based on a specific location and/or time. You can also narrow the data further by employees, pay schedule, or earnings location. The feature also lets you download the report via CSV, Excel, or PDF, and you can use this report to see the breakdown for each location your business operates in currently.
Getting started
- Log into your Employment Hero platform.
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the Detailed Activity Report button.
- Select from the following fields:
- Date range.
Helpful Hint
Click the button to change from a Date filter to a Pay Run filter.
- Pay Schedule.
- Group by.
- Earning location.
- Employing entity.
- Locations totals only.
- If Location tools only is not selected, you can choose Include employee pay run breakdown.
- Show post tax deductions.
- Click the Run Report button.

You will now see your detailed activity report on your screen.
