Overview
As an organisation, you may need to leave a note against an employee's clock in record. The reasons for this can range from written approval for someone to leave early right through to a note to an employee to remember to undertake a certain task. So having an easy way to store this information will reduce your payroll administration workload.
The Notes feature on the Clock Me In App allows you to select an employee and create a note against their clock in record. You can also use this feature to view the details of a note and delete an entry if it is no longer required. You will need to have enabled Admin Mode first before you can access this feature.
Important
You can grant your managers access to the admin portal via the Custom User Management feature. To read further information on this feature, refer to the following article.
