Global Teams employees can view and track their leave balances across different leave categories, making sure they know how much time they can take off from work. While the reporting manager, host admin and owner can view what the remaining balance would be for the employee once they approve a leave request. Enabling you to make an informed decision on whether to approve the employees leave request.

Why is my leave request locked?
At the end of every month, the platform will lock all leave requests approved for that month and any prior months; i.e., you can no longer edit the request. Where you need to make a leave change after the platform locks the leave request, the Employment Hero team has access to unlock the leave request and edit the details.
