Bulk update pay rates

Available for the following Payroll plans: Standard, Premium

The bulk pay rate feature allows you to update salaries and pay rates for up to 200 employees at once, without having to update each employee's pay rate individually.

Getting started

Bulk update pay rates
  1. Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
  2. Click the   Business Settings menu.
  3. Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
  4. Click the   Update Pay Rates button.
  5. Click the Add Employees button.

  6. Use the check boxes to select which employees need their pay rates updated. To locate particular employees faster, you can filter your search based on the following:
    • Pay schedule
    • Employing entity
    • Tags
    • Employee groups
    • Primary location
    • Employee list
  7. Click the Save button.

  8. Complete the following fields:
    • Adjustment
    • Commencement date
  9. Click the Save New Pay rates button.
