The Award Management feature allows you to create your organisation's learning trophies that will trigger when a user has met certain requirements. For example, completing any course, or reaching a specific target. You can also use this feature to assign the award to an employee, edit the information, and filter the information displayed. Lastly, you also have a Settings feature that lets you add and/or remove an award tag, assessor, or expiration date.
Getting started
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administer button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the Create button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Award title.
- About this award.
- Select goal for this award:
- Company any course.
- Reach the target.
- Track ongoing learning.
- Click the Add Image button and select the required image.
- Click the Add Content button and selected the required content.
- Click the Save and Exit button.
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administer button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the award that needs an expiry date added.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click the Expiration button.
- Set the Do Completions Have an Expiration Date toggle switch to the Yes position.
- Enter either a fixed date or individual completions expire after x date.
- Click the Save button.

Manage award enrolments
The Award Management module allows you to manage your user enrolments for this trophy. For example, you can add a new user to this award and then send them either an in-platform message or email letting them know they have a new assignment to complete. You can also use this feature to import external enrolment data or export your in platform data if you need an offline copy. You also can assign individual assessors to different users and edit the information if it changes or delete an enrolment record if it is no longer required.
Getting started
The below accordions will walk you through how to enrol users into your award, assign an assessor to specific users, and how to send a notification.
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administer button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click on the award to which you want to add assessors.
- Click the Report tab.
- Select the users that need an assessor added.
- Click the button.
- Click the Assign Assessor button.
- Select the required assessor and click the Assign Assessor button.
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administer button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the award that needs enrolment notifications sent.
- Click the Report tab.
- Select the users that need a notification sent.
- Click the button.
- Click the Send Notification button.
- Complete the relevant fields in the In App Notification and Email Notification fields.
- Click the Send button.

- Click the Your Profile button.

- Click the awards that need enrolments exported.
- Click the Report tab.
- Select the users that need exporting.
- Click the button.
- Click the Export button.
- Choose whether to export your child enrolments.
- Click the Export button.
- Click the Export button.
