Review and approve a Global Teams proposal | Global Teams

Once we have all the necessary information and we have confirmed that it is compliant with local regulations, we will issue a Global Teams proposal for you to review and sign. The proposal outlines the costs, entitlements, and contractual information regarding the Global Teams service.

Availability

HR Plan:   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access and excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Daily activity

Approve a proposal
  1. Click the  People menu.
  2. Click the Global Teams submenu.
  3. Click the   button.
  4. Click the   View button.

    Helpful Hint

    You can also click the employee's name to access the Employee Details page.

  5. Click the Communication tab.
  6. Read through the proposal details
  7. To sign the proposal:
    • Click the checkbox beside the disclaimer.
    • Fill in your name and job title.
    • Sign or upload your signature.
  8. Once you have filled in the required fields, click the Sign and Accept button.

Reassign a proposal
  1. Click the  People menu.
  2. Click the Global Teams submenu.
  3. Click the   button.
  4. Click the   View button.

  5. Click the Proposal tab.
  6. Click the Re-assign button.
  7. Select the individual who needs assigning to the proposal.
  8. Add in any comments you wish to send to the new approver.
  9. Click the Assign button.
