Leave overview reporting via the HR Platform for HR only organisations

The Leave Overview Report provides a broad view of leave taken by employees across the year. It also lets you see leave taken against leave accruals for each month. The report will help you visualise these types of leave information, broken down by teams and locations. You can also download a CSV file of the report or filter the results based on personnel, location, team, cost centre, and unit.

Important

The Leave Overview Report feature is currently only available for HR standalone organisations. This means it is not available for payroll-connected organisations at the moment.

Availability

HR Plan:   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

  This is the default access level per user and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access, excluding any changes made via our Custom Security feature.

Getting started

Create a leave overview report
  1. Click the   Reports menu.
  2. Click the Time tab.
  3. Click the Leave Overview Report submenu.

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see the Leave Overview page, which shows three graphs: leave by team, leave by location, and leave taken by employees across the year.

  4. Filter the information in the Leave Taken graph by:
    • Personnel.
    • Location.
    • Team.
    • Cost Centre.
    • Unit.
    • Show accrued leave.
    • Show terminated personnel.

    Important

    Click the Apply button for each filter you use.

    Helpful Hint

    Tick the Show accrued leave checkbox to see a graph of leave accrued beside leave taken per month.

Data management

Download the leave overview report
  1. Click the   Reports menu.
  2. Click the Time tab.
  3. Click the Leave Overview Report submenu.
