As an organisation, you may want to sync your payroll data with any app within Zapier's app library. Zapier can create an automation when any of the following three events occur:
- An employee is created in the payroll classic platform.
- A pay run is initialised.
- A pay run is finalised.
Important
To connect to Zapier, you will need your API key. To locate this, please read this article.
Getting started
Connect to Zapier
- Log into the Employment Hero Payroll classic platform.
- Select the Payroll settings menu.
- Select the Integrations sub-menu item under Business Management.
- Navigate to the Zapier tile and select Add.
- Select Connect to Zapier.
- If you are logged into Zapier, select the Connect Employment Hero Payroll Platform button.
- You will be directed to the Zap creation page. Create your first zap trigger, then select Continue.
- Next to Connect Employment Hero Payroll Software, select Sign In.
- You will be prompted to enter your API key. Once you have entered this, select Yes, continue to Employment Hero Payroll Software.
- Once you have done this, you can build and create your automations.
