To help us quickly solve your question on your learning platform, it is very helpful for us if you send us any errors, screenshots, and console logs. It will support us in troubleshooting quickly the issue you are facing in either your learning platform or in a specific course.
Gathering Console Logs and HAR Logs
Google Chrome
- Launch the Google Chrome browser.
- Right-click any part of the page and choose Inspect or press F12 (Windows) or press Option+Command+I (Mac).
- Check the Network and Console tab.
- Make sure the Preserve Log checkbox and Filter All are selected on the Network tab.
- Go to the Console tab.
- Test and replicate the errors to ensure they can be recorded in the console logs.
- Reproduce the problem.
- Once done, save the console log by right-clicking anywhere in the Console Log and click the Save-As button.
- Save the file to your desktop or your downloads folder.
- Then save the network log by right-clicking in the Network logs, and then choose Save as HAR with Content option.

Take a screenshot of the complete page by clicking and holding down Win, Shift, and pressing s on your keyboard, on the page you wish to capture. Once done, windows will save it to the clipboard. Paste the screenshot into a document or email and send through to us.
