Pre Launch

- Send an email to your employees introducing Employment Hero and the Employment Hero phone app (use one of our email templates below!)

a link to set up your Employment Hero account.
The invitation link is active for 72 hours, so be sure to set up your account as soon as
possible. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folders.
If you haven't received it, please let [Internal Employment Hero champion] know.
Employment Hero offers Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to protect your account. This
requires a verification code sent by text message or an authentication app. You are
required to set up 2FA on your first login. Click here to learn how to set up 2FA.
Once you have successfully logged in, remember to bookmark the page for future
reference, or sign in here.
Employment Hero is also available on your mobile device. Click here to download the
Employment Hero Work App, available on Google Play and App Store, and use the same
