• Shortlisted from SmartMatch - A user from your organisation has viewed a SmartMatch candidate and manually shortlisted them for a job.
• Auto-shortlisted from SmartMatch - A user from your organisation has created a new job, and Employment Hero has auto-shortlisted the top SmartMatch candidates.
• SmartMatch Direct Application - SmartMatch has recommended the job to a candidate, and that candidate has applied for the job.
