The Export the Opening Balance feature allows your organisation's payroll admins to download opening balance data in various formats and configurations. You can export templates with existing employee data, include terminated employees, or download an empty template for setup purposes. This feature supports both XLSX and CSV file formats to suit your data processing needs.
Getting started
Exporting the opening balance
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Opening Balances button.
- Click the Export button.
- Click the Opening Balances button.
- Choose from the following data type customisations:
- Template with employee data.
- Template with employee data (Including terminated employees).
- Empty template.
- Select from the following file formats:
- XLSX.
- CSV.
- Click the Download button.
