Change your subscription
- Log into Employment Hero Payroll.
- Click on the briefcase icon.
- Click on Payroll Settings.
- Click on Subscription on the left-hand side menu.
- Click on Speak with our team.
- Click on Request to change your subscription.
- Click on Payroll product.
- Click on OK.
- Select your choice from the following options:
- Remove add ons
- Change your current plan
- Increase or decrease users.
- Type in some detail about the change you want to make.
- Click on OK.
- Click on the Submit button.
Cancel your subscription
- Log into Employment Hero Payroll.
- Click on the briefcase icon.
- Click on Payroll Settings.
- Click on Subscription on the left-hand side menu.
- Click on Speak with our team.
- Click on Request to cancel your subscription.
- Click on Payroll product.
- Click on OK.
- Select your choice from the following options:
- We have not received enough value for cost
- Your product does not do what we need
- We have not been set up properly
- Your product guidance is not enough
- Changes in our business have changed our needs
- Other.
- Type in some detail about the change you want to make.
- Click on OK.
- Click on the Submit button.
