The Work Eligibility feature allows you to manage documentation for employees who are not New Zealand or Australian citizens. It lets you add, view, and delete relevant documents and edit an employee's passport number.

Getting started
Add a document
- Click the People menu.
- Click the Employees submenu.
- Select the employee that needs a document added.
- Click the Work Eligibility tab.
- Click the Add Document button.
- Click or drag the required file onto the Upload tile.
- Click the Save button.
Daily activities
View documentation
- Click the Personnel menu.
- Click the Employees submenu.
- Select the employee whose documentation you wish to view.
- Click the Work Eligibility tab.
- Click the document you want to view.
Editing data
Edit passport information
- Click the Personnel menu.
- Click the Employees submenu.
- Select the employee that needs their passport updated.
- Click the Work Eligibility tab.
- Click the Edit button.
- Make the required changes and then click the Save button.
Deleting data

- Click the Personnel menu.
- Click the Employees submenu.
- Select the employee that needs a document deleted.
- Click the Work Eligibility tab.
- Click the Delete button.
- Click the Delete button on the confirmation popup.
