How do I configure the employee happiness survey?
Answer
The Happiness Survey Settings feature allows you to customise when Employment Hero sends out your happiness surveys, the frequency of the survey, and how long it remains visible to your employees. You can also see an example image of the survey your employees will receive.
Edit your happiness survey settings
- Click the Engagement menu in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Under Employee Engagement, click Happiness Surveys.
- Click the settings button (cog icon).
- Complete the following:
- Start Date.
- Survey Frequency.
- Survey Duration.
- Click the Save and Exit button. You can also click the Preview Survey button to see how the survey looks from an employee's perspective.
- To enable the survey, click the Enable button.
