Further information
The Team Recognition Summary widgets on the dashboard highlight those who often give and receive recognition within your team, for the current month. These widgets also identify the most engaged users, specifically those who often react with emojis to posts on your organisation's company feed. We break this data down into two widgets, a Shout Out and a recognition widget.
The Celebrations widget displays all employee birthdays and yearly work anniversaries. However, only managers with direct reports and specific security settings can view their reports' birthdays, while only admins have access to view all employee birthdays.
You can use our Rewards and Recognitions feature to recognise your employees for their contributions and achievements. Here is what a Shout Out and recognition mean:
- Shout out: You can give a Shout Out to someone who did well on work that is within their usual scope. For example, say, an employee produced excellent output for a deliverable that falls within their job role. Note that an organisation cannot attach monetary rewards to shout-outs.
- Recognition: You can give recognition to someone who did something above and beyond what is expected of them. On the platform, each recognition has to be attached to one of the company values set up by your organisation. The company can also assign a Hero Points value for each recognition.
You can give both shout-outs and recognitions in the Company Feed section on the dashboard.
