KiwiSaver is a voluntary savings scheme designed to help set up your employees for their retirement. Your employees can make regular contributions from their pay or deposit directly into their scheme provider. Employers need to check if new employees are eligible for automatic enrolment, enrol them if they are, and make KiwiSaver deductions and contributions.
The KiwiSaver Contributions Reporting feature allows you to create a report on the KiwiSaver contributions made within your organisation. You can narrow this data down to a specific date range, pay schedule, employing entity, and location. You can also use this feature to download an excel file of this data or save the information in a printable PDF format.
Getting started
The below premise will walk you through how to run a KiwiSaver report.
- Log into your Payroll classic platform
- Click the Reports menu.
- Click the KiwiSaver Report button.
- Select from the following fields:
- Date range.

- Click the Run Report button.
