Answer
The Data Extract feature enables you to download your historic gross earning data stored within your payroll platform an XLSX file.
Download my historic gross earning data
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Data Extracts button.
- Select the Historic Gross Earning option from the Data Type drop-down.
- Choose from the following data type customisations:
- Template with employee data.
- Template with employee data (Including terminated employees).
- Empty template.
- Select from the following file formats:
- XLSX.
- Click the Download button.
