The Billing feature allows you to view a list of billable users per invoice and filter this data by employment type. Additionally, you can review your HR Classic subscription terms, update payment methods, billing contacts, and invoice recipients. If you have purchased payroll services in addition to HR, you can also view your payroll plan details, including subscription renewals and billing period start dates. When purchasing a payroll plan, providing your business details is required to gain access to your payroll account platform.
Important
The option to cancel online is only available to users who signed up online. If you signed up with a sales representative, then you will need to contact your sales representative to cancel your account.
Manage account
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Billing submenu.
- Click the View button.
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Billing submenu.
- Click the Actions button.
- Click the View Billed Employees button.
Edit account
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Billing submenu.
- Click the Change button.
- Enter your new billing details and click the Save button.
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Billing submenu.
- Click the Change button.
- Update the required information and click the Update button.
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Billing submenu.
- Click the Change button.
- Make the required changes and click the Update button.
Manage data
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Billing submenu.
- Click the Actions button.
- Click the Download Invoice button.
Cancel your account
Important

- Click on Settings in the left-hand side menu.
- Click on Billing.
- Click on Request to Cancel Subscription.
- Fill in the fields regarding cancellation reasons and if you would like a call to discuss your reasons for leaving.
- Click on Continue.
- You will see Your downgrade request has been processed. Click on Got it to return to the dashboard.
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click on Settings in the left-hand side menu.
- Click on Billing.
- Click on Request to Cancel Subscription.
- Fill in the fields regarding cancellation reasons and if you would like a call to discuss your reasons for leaving.
- Click on Continue.
