The Billing feature allows you to view a list of billable users per invoice and filter this data by employment type. Additionally, you can review your subscription terms, update payment methods, billing contacts, and invoice recipients.
This article will show you how to:
Edit account
Edit a payment method
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click Billings > Subscriptions.
- By default the HeroForce page will appear. Click Saas on the toggle bar in the upper left corner.
- Under Payment Method section, click the Change button.
- Enter your new payment details and click the Save button.
Edit billing contact
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click Billings > Subscriptions.
- By default the HeroForce page will appear. Click Saas on the toggle bar in the upper left corner.
- Under Billing Contact section, click the Change button.
- Enter your new billing contact details and click the Save button.
Change your account
Change your subscription
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click Billings > Subscriptions.
- By default the HeroForce page will appear. Click Saas on the toggle bar in the upper left corner.
- Next to Request to change or cancel a subscription, click on the Update button.
- Click on Request to Change Subscription.
- Click on HR product.
- Click on OK.
- Select your choice from the following options:
- Remove add ons
- Change your current plan
- Increase or decrease users.
- Type in some detail about the change you want to make.
- Click on OK.
- Click on the Submit button.
- You will hear back from an Employment Hero representative to assist with changing your subscription.
Change invoice recipients
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click Billings > Subscriptions.
- By default the HeroForce page will appear. Click Saas on the toggle bar in the upper left corner.
- Under Invoice Recipients section, click the Update button.
- Enter your new details and click the Save button.
Cancel your account
Cancel your account
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click Billings > Subscriptions.
- By default the HeroForce page will appear. Click Saas on the toggle bar in the upper left corner.
- Next to Request to change or cancel a subscription, click on the Update button.
- Click on Request to Cancel Subscription.
- Select from the following:
- We have not received enough value for cost
- Your product does not do what we need
- We have not been set up properly
- Your product guidance is not enough
- Changes in our business have changed our needs
- Other.
- Click on OK.
- Type in some detail about the change you want to make.
- Click on OK.
- Click on the Submit button.
- You will hear back from an Employment Hero representative to assist with cancelling your subscription.
