As an employee, how do I reset my forgotten pin code?
Answer
The Forgot Pin Code feature on the Clock Me In app (downloadable for iPad users at Apple's App Store) allows you to reset your log in pin code.
Reset my pin code
- Tap your name within the list of kiosk users.
- Tap the Forgot your Pin button.
- Tap either the Send To My Email or Send To My Mobile buttons.
- Tap the Ok button.
