How do I move candidates by bulk to a new hiring stage?
Answer
You can use the Move Candidates feature to transfer multiple candidates to a new stage within the recruitment module.
Click to see steps on how to move candidates through hiring stages
- Log in to Employment Hero.
- Click the Recruitment menu.
- Click the Recruitment submenu.
- Under the Jobs tab, click the role you need.
- Click the tab of your chosen hiring stage.
- Tick the checkbox beside the name of each candidate you wish to view.
- Click the Bulk Actions dropdown button.
- Click Move to Hiring Stage.
- Select the hiring stage you want to move them to.
- Click the Continue button.
- Tick the Send these candidates an update checkbox to inform the candidates that they are being moved to a new stage (optional).
