Reporting on an employees average hours - Payroll Classic Platform

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following Payroll plans: Standard, Premium

The Average Hours Work Reporting feature allows you to create a report showing how many hours on average your employees worked over a given number of weeks. You can also use this feature to download an excel file of this data, enabling you to load the report in Microsoft Excel. You can also select a PDF option if you need to provide users outside the payroll classic platform with the report.

Getting started

The below premise will walk you through how to run an employee average hours report.

Run an employee average hours report
  1. Log into your Employment Hero payroll classic platform.
  2. Click the   Reports menu.
  3. Click the Employee Average Hours Report button.

  4. Complete the following fields:
    • Date.
    • Weeks.
    • Pay schedules.
    • Pay categories.
    • Employees.
    • Include terminated employees
    • Locations.
  5. Click the Generate button.

    You will now see your average hours report on your screen.

Download the report: Excel
  1. Log into your Employment Hero payroll classic platform.
  2. Click the   Reports menu.
  3. Click the Employee Average Hours Report button.

    • Date.

    • Pay categories.
    • Employees.
    • Include terminated employees
    • Locations.
  5. Click the Generate button.
