The 360 Review Management feature lets you create a 360 review. You can include a self-review, add peer reviewers, and set up questions, which can be free-text or a rating scale type. You can also run reports on the answers and remind people to complete their reviews. When setting up a 360 review, you will have two key groups: the reviewers and the subjects (the one being reviewed). This feedback is always anonymous.
By default, only admins can create 360 reviews. You can give employees permission to request feedback from their peers in a 360 review. See the Allow employees to request 360 feedback section to learn how.
Warning
The period or due date for 360 reviews cannot be changed or extended after you launch the review.
