How does employee file management differ between HeroForce employees and regular employees? 

Answer

For HeroForce employees, Employment Hero handles the employment agreement, payroll costs, and local legislation on your behalf. It is important to notify Employment Hero of any changes that may impact these areas rather than making the edits directly. Therefore, for HeroForce employees, there are certain fields you are unable to edit:

• The following fields under Employment Details are not editable:
• Employing entity.
• Employee code.
• Employment type (related to Employment History).
• Job title (related to Employment History).
• Start date (related to Employment History).
• HeroForce start date.
• Termination date.
• Probation length.
• Employment History.
• HR Documents.
• Uploaded Documents.
• Pay Details.
