How do I view leave balances for my HeroForce employees?

Available for the following plans: Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following HR plans: Premium, Platinum
Available for the following user access level: Admin    

As a manager of a HeroForce employee or an admin user, you can view the leave balances of your HeroForce employees in two ways.

Through a HeroForce employee’s leave request

When reviewing a leave request for a HeroForce employee, you will be able to view the leave category that they have requested as well as the leave balance for this category.

Through the Request Leave function

When applying for leave, you will be able to select which person the leave request is associated with. By selecting your HeroForce employee, you will then be able to view their leave balance on the right of the screen.

Helpful Hint

For HeroForce employees, we control leave categories via the HeroForce service and they may differ from the leave categories of your organisation. If you have questions about leave categories or would like a new leave category added, please submit a Zendesk ticket via https://gt-help-employmenthero.zendesk.com/hc/en-au/requests/new.
