Hero AI — Conversational AI assistant
Hero AI is your AI-powered assistant built directly into Employment Hero. Ask questions about HR, payroll, and platform features in natural language, retrieve personalised employee data, and complete common HR tasks — all through conversation. Hero AI mirrors your existing platform permissions, so every answer and action is scoped to what you are already allowed to see and do. Access Hero AI via Get Help > Support Chat or the Hero AI button.
