Events are compulsory for course completion and can only be added them to an existing course. Only admins, content admins, or users on a platom which has the Allow all users to create content setting turned on can add events to one of your courses. While the timezone is the same as your platform location, the event will update based on the event location you specify.
We will add the date fields to the iCalendar file in the event reminder emails. The specified instructors will be able to enrol users on that date and mark attendances for that date. Lastly, the default is that all new events created will have no attendee limit.. However If there is a limit, once the limit for an event is met, no further users will be able to enrol for that event. If an Attendee limit is added to a date that has existing enrolments that exceed that limit, the existing enrolments will not be impacted.
Getting started
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Course tab.
- Click the Create button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Upload an image.
- Title.
- Description.
- Click the Create button.
- Click the Add button.
- Click the Event button.
- Click the Save button.
- Complete the required event date and location fields.
- Clikc the Done button.
