Seeing the progress status of learners for a particular course

If you want to see the progress status of learners for a particular course, head to the Manage page. You will be able to see who has already been assigned learning and who is doing their own self-directed learning. The Manage page is available by searching for a course or resource through the search bar in the top navigation.

Then, from the list of results, click on the course or resource you wish to view the status of the learners.. Once you have the Course Overview page open, click the Manage button. Once you have arrived on the Manage page for a course or resource for each learner, you will see:

  • If they were assigned the learning:
    • The date they were assigned that course or resource.
    • Who assigned them that learning.
    • The due date for their learning (if they have one).
  • If they started that learning, the date they started learning.
  • If they completed that learning, the date they completed it, and whether they did or did not pass that course or resource.

Need to find someone in particular?

From the search at the top of the list of learners, you can find an individual using their name or email address. Managers will only be able to see the learners they already manage within your Learning platform.

Filters

Filters are also available to find learners assigned this content within a timeframe. Those that began learning the course or resource within a particular date range, and within the Assigned sections, the due date period. All filters, including the Group filter will persist while you navigate around the Manage page against every learning resource.

You can also drill down to see how the assigned learners are progressing towards their due date by using the options in the left navigation. Groups have also now been added as a filter to the Manage page against every learning resource.

Export

You can now also export a .csv file from anywhere within the Manage page. Simply apply any group or date filters to the page and click the Export button. The .csv file will be sent to your email once it is ready for you download.
