Things to know
If an employee has been in multiple compensation cycles, they will appear as one row per cycle in the report. To focus on a single cycle, apply a filter on Cycle Name or Cycle Status after the report is created.
You can sort by Increase % or New Salary to quickly surface outliers, or filter by Change Reason or Eligibility to focus on specific groups of employees.
Reports can be downloaded as a spreadsheet for offline analysis or sharing with leadership.
