2. Make sure you are using the correct email address

Make sure you're using the correct email address associated with your account. This could be your personal or work email address depending on how your account was set up. This is important, especially when resetting your password.

3. Use the direct URL instead of a bookmark

Try accessing the login page using a direct link instead of a bookmarked link.

4. Try a different device

Attempt to log in from a different device to see if the issue is specific to one device.

5. Use Google Chrome

For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome to access Employment Hero.

6. Clear your cache, cookies, and browser history

Clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history can often resolve login issues.

7. Enable all cookies

Ensure that all cookies are enabled in your browser settings.

8. Confirm access with your employer

If you're unsure whether you have access, contact your employer or another Full Access Admin to confirm. This will likely be an HR person, or someone of a similar profession.

9. Disable autofill

If you use a feature that autofills email address and password, try turning it off and manually entering your login details.

10. Reset your password

If you're still unable to log in, consider resetting your password. Learn how to do that at this article.

11. Check your email address with your HR team

A member of your organisation's HR team may have given you an Employment Hero account that's assigned to an email address you haven't tried yet. Contact your HR team and request confirmation of your correct Employment Hero email address.
