Overview
Sometimes an employee's tax registration needs updating when their circumstances change. These changes can include needing to update their NRIC/FIN number right through to changing their legal status if they go from a permanent resident to a citizen.
The Statutory Details feature is where you update these details if they change, with the Employment Hero platform reflecting these changes throughout the entire platform. This means there is only one place you need to update these details to keep your entire HR platform up to date.

So you have now completed your statutory details and you are now wondering, what next can I do. There are two recommendations I would make on this front and they are:
- HR Employee File: Certifications This feature allows your employees to complete their assigned certifications, update the data if it expires, and view their uploaded documentation.
- HR Employee File: Banking Details This feature allows you to add an employee bank account, specify the account number, and how much to pay into each of their accounts.
