Managing your employees statutory details | HR Employee File

Sometimes an employee's tax registration needs updating when their circumstances change. These changes can include needing to update their NRIC/FIN number right through to changing their legal status if they go from a permanent resident to a citizen.

The Statutory Details feature is where you update these details if they change, with the Employment Hero platform reflecting these changes throughout the entire platform. This means there is only one place you need to update these details to keep your entire HR platform up to date.
