Companies with a standard subscription do not have access to the Employee File Audit Log but do have access to the Audit Trail Report in the Reports module.Sometimes in your organisation you will see a record that has undergone a change, but you will be unsure on the who, when and what aspects. In these cases, being able to generate an audit trail will allow you to look up these change details without having to track down the employee's manager and other admins in your organisation and ask them if they changed any HR platform records.
You can use the Audit Trail feature within an employee's file to view a change log of what data modifications occurred to that specific employee's record on the HR platform. This feature also allows you to view the details of each update, giving you even greater granular details on the changes undertaken and by whom.
How to see an employee's audit trail
The below premise will walk you through how to view the audit trail of an employee's file.
