The HR platform uses the Objective, Key Results (OKRs) framework that focuses on transparent company, team, and employee goals. When using OKRs effectively, you will align and connect all your employees to your company's goals. Meaning your entire workforce will have visibility of the company's goals and how their team and them as an individual can contribute towards this common purpose.
OKRs can also increase employee productivity by providing a clear focus on your organisational goals. If an individual knows exactly what they are aiming for and knows they will receive recognition for their efforts towards certain objectives, key results, or company goals, then they will be more productive within their role.
The Goals Progress Reporting feature allows you to create a report that you can use to analyse the headway made by employees within your organisation on their allocated goals (OKRs). You can also use this feature to view the in-depth details of a specific goal and its key results, such as who made what progress update, at what time, and any relevant comments.
Helpful Hint
The Goals Progress report will show active goals by default in the chart, and once you drill down, you can filter for ended goals.

So you have now run your goals report and you are now wondering, what next can I do. There are two recommendations I would make on this front, and they are:
- Employee goal setting report | HR Web Platform This feature allows you to create a report on which of your employees have allocated goals (OKRs) within your organisation.
- Employee company goal alignment reporting | HR Web Platform This feature allows you to create a report on the individual and team goals in alignment with your overall company goals.
