As an admin, how do I add an employee via the app?

Answer

The Add Employee function on the Clock Me In App (downloadable for iPad users on the App Store) allows you to enter an employee's details and set up their access straight from the app. You will need to have enabled Admin Mode first before you can access this feature.

Important

You will either need to be a full access payroll user or a manager granted clock me in access. To read further information on how to grant clock me in access, refer to the following article.

Add an employee
  1. Tap the   Add button.

  2. Complete the following fields:
    • First name.
    • Last name
    • Email.
    • Mobile number.
    • Pin
  3. Tap the Save button.
