As an organisation, by using time and attendance software, your managers and admins can track and monitor when your employees start and stop work each day. This is important in a large workforce, or a business utilising shift workers, as keeping track of a large labour pool can be very time-consuming.
The Time and Attendance Access Management feature allows you to grant access in bulk to employees who need to use your Clock Me In iPad app (downloadable for iPad users on the App Store). You can also use this feature to revoke an employee's access if they no longer need to clock in for work.
Getting started
The Clock Me In app is available only on the App Store for iPad. You can download it here: Clock Me In Time & Attendance. It has this logo:
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Time and Attendance button.
- Click the Employee Access tab.
- Select the employees that need access granted.
- Click the Grant Access button.
Data management
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Business Settings menu.
- Click the Payroll Settings submenu.
- Click the Time and Attendance button.
- Click the Employee Access tab.
- Select the employees that need access revoked.
- Click the Revoke Access button.
