You can use the Send Password Reset feature in the User Management module to send a password reset email to a user that has forgotten their login details and can not access your organisation's Learning platform.
Send a password reset email
- Log into Employment Hero.
- On the left-hand side menu, click on Development.
- Click on My Learning.
- Click on Explore and Enrol.
- Go1 will open in another tab.
- Click the your initials in the right-hand side.
- Click the Administer button.
- Click the User tab.
- Hover over the user that needs to have a password reset email sent to them.
- Click the button.
- Select the Send Password Reset button.
