The Award Management module allows you to access a Learning Records feature where you can see details on who has completed a course, the type of content, who completed the activity and whether they passed or failed. You can also download a PDF version of this transcript so you can share this information with users who may not be on your learning platform or who need a soft copy for their personnel files.
Access the learning platform records
The below premises will walk you through how to view your learning records and how to download this information as a PDF.
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Award tab.
- Click the award that needs a learning record viewed.
- Click the Learning Records tab.
Helpful Hint
You will now see your learning record on your screen.
