The Enrolment Management module allows you to select a course and bulk import users to assign to said learning material. You can then send out either an in platform notification or an email letting them know of their new job. You can also use this feature to export all your organisation's course records, edit a user's course enrolment details, and delete an entry that is no longer required.

Export all course records
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Enrolment tab.
- Click the Export all Course Records button.
- Complete the following fields:
- User:
- Individual user.
- All users.
- Course title:
- Individual course.
- All courses.
- Enrolment status:
- Completed.
- In progress.
- Date range:
- All time.
- Last 2 years.
- Last year.
- Last 6 months.
- User:
- Click the Export button.
