New Settings Look & Feel

The Settings page on the Employment Hero platform has been updated to a new user interface. This change affects where certain settings appear and the steps you take.

  • Organisations created after 15 May 2025 automatically see this new page.
  • Older organisations created before 15 May 2025 can turn the new Settings UI change on. To do this, click the beta flask icon beside the notification bell icon at the top right part of your screen. Click the on switch for "New Settings Look & Feel." This new look will automatically be turned on for everyone on 12 November 2025.

The Candidate Tag feature improves recruitment processes by enabling you to create and apply custom tags to a candidate's profile. These tags can signify key qualifications or traits, making it easier to categorise and retrieve candidate information quickly. For example, you might tag a candidate with an Excel Certified tag to show proficiency in the software.
