As an admin user how can I give other users the ability to request a new HeroForce employee? 

Availability

HR Plan:   Premium   Platinum
  User Access:   Employee         Manager         Admin      

We base the default access level on a per user basis and whether they have  view,  edit and  delete access and excluding any changes made via our Permissions feature.

Answer

All Admin users can ask for new HeroForce employees. To find out how to ask for a new HeroForce employee, checkout How do I ask for a new HeroForce employee? Additionally, Admin users can give other users within their organisation the ability to request a new HeroForce employee via Permissions

HeroForce Permission settings
  1. Click the   Settings menu.
  2. In the Security & Access Control section, click Permissions.
  3. Click the Add Permission button to create a new security group.
  4. Give your new security group a name and description.
  5. Select the users who need adding to the group.
  6. Click Other Permissions tab.
  7. Scroll down to Onboarding (HeroForce) and select either the View or Use option.
  8. Click the Save and Continue button.

Difference between view and use access

Users with View access can view the details of all HeroForce employee requests. Users with Use access can view these details as well as create new requests for HeroForce employees plus review and approve the employment agreement for a HeroForce employee.
