First up, downloading the Noah Face app
The first stage in setting up an iPad Kiosk is making sure your organisation has downloaded the Noah Face app to the relevent iPads. You can access the download link here. Please bear in mind that this app is for iPads using iPadOS 11.1 or later.
Next up, set up your access points
The next stage in setting up an iPad Kiosk is making sure you have logged into your Noah Face web platform and created the required kiosks. You can read more on how to do this in the Setup and manage access points | Noah Face Web Platform article. There is a key point to keep in mind and that is when setting the access points up you will need to make sure you set the connection point type as an iPad, if you do not do this, the data will not sync between your web platform and iPad app.
When you set up your access point, the last step will show you a QR code that you need to scan with your iPads camera. Doing this will sync your newly created access point with your Noah Face iPad app. If you have closed this pop-up before scanning your code, you can refer to the following FAQ here on how to re-access this QR code.
Next up, adding your users
The next stage in setting up an iPad Kiosk is making sure you have logged into your Noah Face web platform and created the required users. You can read more on how to do this in the Manage users | Noah Face Web Platform article.
Next up, accessing the iPad app admin zone
The next stage in setting up an iPad Kiosk is making sure your users have synced over to your organisations iPad kiosk. You can check if this has occurred by going to the Admin module on your Noah Face iPad app. You can read more on how to do this in the How do I access the iPad kiosk admin portal | Noah Face FAQ.
Last up, clocking in and out of the app
The last stage in setting up an iPad Kiosk is making sure your users know how to clock in and out of the iPad app. You can read more on how to do this in the Clocking in, out with the iPad app | Noah Face iPad App
