The 'My Documents' feature is where you can find and print your important employment documents, such as your employment agreement and policies, once they are finalised or awaiting your signature. Employees can only see their own assigned documents here; administrators or managers need to go to the employee's profile to view them.
It's important to know that a document's visibility setting determines exactly who can see it, overriding general access. For example, a 'Private' document in an employee's profile will only be visible to full-access users, not necessarily a manager viewing that profile.

An admin or manager may also assign documents to you. If so, you will receive an email with a link to view the document. Please note that if you are assigned multiple documents, you will receive separate emails for each, and will need to open and click each link individually to view these documents.
