Initiative: AMP - Promoted Default

Description:
The AMP Promoted Default initiative focuses on integrating AMP into our super ecosystem. The Promoted Default product allows superannuation partners to feature their fund in the Super Choice Marketplace during the employee onboarding process, especially when employers have nominated AMP as their employer's default super fund. This new offering is designed to simplify the process for employees while providing an additional revenue stream for AMP and our platform. The Promoted Default feature elevates the partner's fund visibility and ensures a smooth, seamless onboarding for employees into their superannuation fund.
Key Features:
- Allows AMP’s fund to be prominently featured during the onboarding process for employees whose employer has nominated AMP as the default fund.
- Helps drive more members to AMP's super fund through streamlined visibility and choices at the point of onboarding.
Initiative: AMP - Lifecycle - Offboarding

Description:
This offboarding initiative focuses on retaining employees within AMP’s superannuation ecosystem as they transition jobs. The primary goal is to target employees at critical employment lifecycle stages, such as when they change jobs, reminding them to take their super fund with them. This reduces the fragmentation of super funds and minimises fees, helping employees make the most of their super while retaining AMP’s membership and assets under management. This feature builds upon the earlier Promoted Default product and marks another important step in our growing partnership with AMP.

- Targeted lifecycle reminders for employees moving jobs to ensure they bring their super with them, optimising their financial planning for retirement.
- AMP and other super funds gain enhanced visibility into member data, allowing for improved member retention strategy.
Initiative: SmartMatch Hub JobSeeker Landing Page Redesign

Description:
This redesign of the SmartMatch Hub JobSeeker landing page aims to provide job seekers with more comprehensive salary insights, enhancing engagement and improving sign-up conversion rates. The new design introduces several features, including enhanced salary visualisation and projections, to better inform job seekers about their potential salary growth. The page also promotes relevant career opportunities in a way that encourages exploration and further engagement through sign-up.

- Enhanced Salary Range Visualisation: A visual tool that displays the median salary for a job, where the user stands within that range, and comparisons with the next seniority level.
- Salary Projection Chart: A forward-looking chart showing potential salary growth over the next five years based on official wage price index data and inflation forecasts from the ABS.
- Salary Insights Banner: A promotional banner that encourages users to sign up for a detailed salary insight report by showcasing clear value propositions.
- Similar Careers Showcase: A blurred teaser of similar career options, prompting users to sign up for full access.

Initiative: Intro Video Reporting Feature

Description:
The "Report as Inappropriate" feature allows employers to flag candidate introduction videos that violate platform guidelines. This feature improves platform safety and ensures content aligns with professional standards. The report feature is integrated into the ATS, streamlining the review and removal process for flagged videos.
Key Features:
- Flagging Mechanism: Employers can flag candidate videos in their ATS profile as inappropriate, selecting from predefined violation reasons (e.g., privacy breach, scam, misinformation).
- Support Ticket Automation: Flagged videos automatically generate a Zendesk support ticket for review, allowing the support team to either ignore the report or delete the video based on guideline violations.
- Candidate Notification: If a video is deleted, the candidate receives a notification informing them of the action and the reason behind it.

Initiative: Feedback Mechanism Uplift

Description:
The goal of this initiative is to improve the feedback experience in Hero AI, making it easier for users to give actionable feedback on AI-generated responses. The uplift focuses on gathering more targeted feedback, especially for low-quality responses, and categorising the input to allow faster improvements.
Key Features:
- "That Helped" / "That Didn’t Help" Buttons: Users can quickly rate AI responses, providing instant feedback.
- Categorised Feedback Options: When feedback is negative, users can specify if the response was off-topic, hard to follow, or lacked necessary information, providing clearer insights for improvements.
- Improved Support Context: For knowledge base (KBA) or support answers, additional feedback options are available, reducing the likelihood of users attempting to contact support unnecessarily.
- Tracked Fields: Fields such as "Off Topic," "Unable to Follow," and "Lacked Information" are now tracked in Langsmith to facilitate easier analysis and improvements.
Workplace Compliance
Initiative: Custom Security Settings Enhancements - Compliance Report Permissions
Objective: Allow Platinum organisations to assign granular report access in Custom Security Settings.
Description:
This update enables Platinum customers to grant individual access to compliance reports. Standard and Premium organisations can view the new permissions but need to upgrade to Platinum to utilise them.

Initiative: Capturing HMO Maxicare Dependents Information
Objective: Streamline the collection of dependent information during onboarding for new hires in the Philippines using the EH entity.
Description:
When a client covers the cost of HMO Maxicare for a new hire’s dependents, the onboarding flow will include a step to capture necessary dependent details. This feature eliminates the need for manual follow-up by the GT operations team.

Initiative: Reducing signup failure rates by fixing the indirect activation process and stopping placeholder user accounts
- Enhancement: Introduced a new indirect activation process to eliminate placeholder user accounts. User accounts will now only be created when a candidate initiates the process, reducing security risks and improving the candidate experience. This update affects approximately 1.5 million candidates, allowing them to create Swag accounts without errors.
- Impact: Candidates can now use their Swag job confirmation email to track their job applications directly from their email.
